Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it from the delivery date. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Item(s) must be unused, have original packaging, original manufacturers UPC labels, undamaged and be in saleable condition to receive a refund of your order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the unwanted item(s) back to Miller Manufacturing Company.

Miller Manufacturing Company is not responsible for any shipping charges. All item(s) will be inspected prior to a refund being processed and Miller Manufacturing Company has the right to refuse any returns based upon the conditions of its arrival. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable and will not be credited back onto your original payment or store credit.

Miller Manufacturing Company is not responsible for lost returns, please keep a copy of your tracking information.

Returns will not be accepted without a return approval. Do not ship items back without a Return Material Authorization Number. If item(s) are returned to Miller Manufacturing Company without a Return Material Authorization Number, Miller Manufacturing Company has the right to disposition any item(s).

Damaged or Defective Items

If item(s) arrives to you damaged or defective, please contact us at returns. You will be required to provide Miller Manufacturing Company with pictures of the shipping damage on both the product and packaging.

If item(s) are purchased shipped on any online platform and are shipped damaged, please process your return by selecting damage in transit.

If your order was shipped from Miller-Mfg.com and via USPS and arrived damaged, please visit USPS Domestic Claims to begin the claims process.

If Miller Manufacturing Company pays return freight and it was deemed not defective or damaged, we will deduct the freight charges from your refund.

Returning of a Gift

Any item(s) you want to return must have a gift receipt. Item(s) must be unused, original manufacturers UPC labels, have original packing, undamaged and in saleable condition to receive store credit. Order Changes and Cancellation

We will ship your order as soon as possible. Since our system is designed to process your order immediately, you cannot change or cancel an online order as soon as it is placed. However, to ensure your loyalty, you may return your item(s) at www.Miller-mfg.com.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable and will not be credited back onto your original payment or store credit.

Warranty Repairs

We offer a 1 year manufacturing warranty defective, you must have a proof of purchase in order to begin the process.

On HOT-SHOT items only, we offer a 3 year manufacturing warranty. Please contact our customer service team at 800-260-0888 to begin the process.

All HOT-SHOT, Springer Magrath, and Heated Hoses must be sent back to Miller Manufacturing Company to begin the warranty claim process.

Price Adjustments

We are not price matching competitor prices.

Return Exceptions

Please allow up to 7 business days from the return delivery date for inspection and processing of your return if deemed in saleable condition.

Multiple returns from the same customer within 60 days will be subject to review and could result in a restocking fee up to 35% of the saleable value.
